Sheila Bost provides psychotherapy for children, adolescents,
couples, and families. Sheila is available to see clients weekdays
and evenings at our Santa Monica office.
As a public speaker, Sheila has led workshops and seminars across
the country and around the world. Her psychotherapy practice and "Primary
Relationships" seminars include such topics as marriage, parenting,
depression, chronic illness, transition in life, and the integration
of psychotherapy and faith.
Sheila received a BS from the Peabody College of Education and
Human Development at Vanderbilt University, an MS in Speech Pathology
from Vanderbilt, and an MS in Psychology from the School of Psychology
at Fuller Theological Seminary.
A Regent of Pepperdine University, Sheila also co-chairs Pepperdine's
Center for the Family Advisory Board. She and her husband are parents
of four children and grandparents of two.

Robert Scholz’s counseling practice specializes in the assessment
and treatment of adolescents and adults. He has extensive experience
treating individuals and families experiencing a wide variety of
emotional challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship
problems, as well as issues related to sexual abuse, domestic violence,
substance abuse and other addictive behaviors.
Robert has special expertise in men's issues, providing an environment
where men feel comfortable with the counseling process. He also
conducts comprehensive pre-marital counseling utilizing the PREPARE
curriculum.
In addition to his private practice in Santa Monica , Robert is
a staff clinician and coordinator of alcohol and drug prevention
and treatment services at Pepperdine University's Counseling Center
and an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Sociology and
Graduate School of Psychology.
Robert provides consultation services to community-based and governmental
agencies, and conducts trainings on a local and national basis
for professionals in the fields of mental health, higher education,
juvenile justice and law enforcement. He recently co-authored Engaging
Resistance, published by Wood N' Barnes Publishing.
